Reid Promotions, formed in early 2007 by Lindsay Reid, offers radio promotion services to artists in the Adult Alternative and Americana genres. In early 2009, Reid Promotions joined forces with Thirty Tigers, the Nashville based marketing, management & distribution company.
Once hired, Reid Promotions will:
• Aid label/artist in coming up with a timeline for a radio promotion campaign
• Help select a single or focus track(s) as needed
• Provide a thorough list of radio stations and mailing labels if needed
• Ensure each station receives your release
• Make personal contact with each radio station to discuss the release
• Follow up on a weekly basis with Music Directors and/or Program Directors to get their input on the release and check airplay status
• Offer any advice or input regarding radio promotion you may need or want
• Track and alert you to any adds your record receives
• Send weekly updates regarding your release for the life of the project

About me:
I spent four years in radio promotions at Sugar Hill Records, formerly-based in Durham, NC. Before joining the music industry I worked as a producer for UNC-TV.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Communications in 1996.
